是新手第一次写的代码，屎山代码，不会配置声明文件，请路人大佬们多多包涵， 本插件由 摘星阁@雁漪 制作和发布在npm,用于接入QQ官方bot平台的机器人aktbot， 该机器人使用koishi市场中的插件为主，感谢koishi市场里的大佬们发布的插件， aktbot采用的自制插件目前就为这一个，等我学会怎么配置声明文件就要找时间大肆制作bot（搞bot真上头）。
