BRC-100 native wallet primitive for autonomous agents on BSV. Wraps @bsv/wallet-toolbox with OS-keychain identity storage, standard PeerPay funding via @bsv/message-box-client, and a broadcast() primitive for arbitrary Bitcoin Schema / locking scripts.
