Webority.Azure.KeyVault
Loads an app's secrets from its own Azure Key Vault at startup for the Webority fleet, signed in as the app's managed identity or the developer's Azure sign-in, and stops startup when the vault is missing, unreadable, or a secret is also set in a settings file.
