Programmatic API for the WACS Component Model bindgen pipeline. WIT → C# (forward) and transpiled .dll → WIT + C# (reverse). Wraps the Wacs.ComponentModel.CSharpEmit utility. For the CLI tool, see WACS.ComponentModel.Bindgen.
