Voxa.Speech.Piper
Local/offline text-to-speech for the Voxa pipeline using Piper. No API key, no network after the first-run voice/binary download — develop without cloud accounts, run zero-cost CI conversations, deploy air-gapped. The GPL-licensed espeak-ng phonemizer stays isolated behind the piper child process; this package links no GPL code.
