Google Cloud Speech-to-Text v2 streaming speech-to-text for the Voxa pipeline. Implements ISpeechToTextEngine over the official Google.Cloud.Speech.V2 gRPC client — pair with the generic SpeechToTextProcessor from Voxa.Speech.Abstractions.
