Tnzi.Payment.Promotions

Discounting for the Tnzi.NET payment module: promotions and coupon codes, per-user and total quotas, redemption codes, the user's coupon wallet, and admin-issued grants. Optional - a host that always charges list price never carries the four Payment_ promotion tables, fifteen endpoints or three permission codes. Without it charging, refunds, stored payment methods, callbacks and reconciliation are byte-for-byte unchanged; a request that names a coupon code is simply refused, because on that host no coupon code exists.
