SharpMUSH command/function source generator, packaged as a Roslyn analyzer. External SharpMUSH plugins reference this so their [SharpCommand]/[SharpFunction] methods produce the generated CommandLibrary/FunctionLibrary that PluginBase reflects. Aligned to PluginContractVersion 1.0.0.
