Stateless RAG processing engine: extract → OCR → chunk → embed a document, and generate grounded answers. All model credentials + config are supplied per call; nothing is persisted. Register with AddRagAccelerator() and inject IDocumentProcessingService, IEmbeddingService, IAnswerService.
