Plugin.Maui.Spine.Server.Messaging
Queues for Spine's server: publish typed messages with metadata, priority and a due time, route them to subscribers, and handle them in Azure Functions or a hosted pump. Large payloads go to blob storage, failures are retried and kept, and old data is cleaned up. Transports: Azure Storage Queues, Azure Service Bus, in memory.
