OpenUsd.Bridge.Grpc
Optional gRPC client adapter for the openusd.bridge.v1 contract: loopback-only by default, mandatory call credentials, bounded deadlines and message sizes, a reconnect and full-resync state machine over LiveAuthoringSessionCoordinator, and a bounded outbound channel for already-authoritative local batches. Carries no NVIDIA component; the Kit-side server is owned separately.
