OpenTelemetry tracing for NHibernate 5.5+ (.NET Framework 4.7.2+ and .NET 8): one span per SQL command, sync and async, through tracing IDriver implementations that wrap the ADO.NET command (NHibernate's supported UnwrapDbCommand extension point). One line to enable: cfg.AddNetAmpoweringTracing().
