MelangeDB.Cli
The MelangeDB command-line tool. `melange schema` writes a module's client-visible schema manifest for the client binding generator (docs/CLIENT-BINDINGS.md). `melange backup` captures a data directory into a .mbak archive, `melange backup verify` proves the archive good, and `melange restore` materializes a data directory a server boots from (docs/BACKUP.md).
