Lyntai.Tools.Mcp
Exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server's tools as Lyntai ITools, so the tool loop can call them. The consuming app owns the MCP client/connection (BYO); this package adapts each MCP tool to ITool and registers them via builder.AddMcpTools(...).
