Shared ISppSigner contract test suite: an abstract xunit base class any ISppSigner implementation can derive from to inherit round-trip, tamper, unsigned, and missing-config assertions. Lets third-party signer providers prove their compliance with the Surgewave signer contract using the same tests the built-in ECDSA provider passes.
