JBig2Decoder.NETStandard
Library that converts JBIG2 (.jb2) files to binary image arrays. Each pixel is white or black and the compression is 2-4 times smaller than JBIG! The library has no dependencies and is compiled for .NET8, .NET6, .NETStandard2.0, and .NET Framework 4.8. It is based off of https://www.nuget.org/packages/JBig2Decoder.NETCore/
