An actively maintained C#/.NET 8 application-layer toolkit for HL7 FHIR R4 interoperability, built on Hl7.Fhir.R4 and Firely.Fhir.Validation.R4. Includes FHIR R4 client utilities, US Core profile conformance checking, SMART on FHIR auth, HIPAA compliance helpers (RBAC, PHI encryption, PHI-masked audit logging), and a CSV-to-FHIR ETL pipeline. Early-stage: the public API may still change between minor versions.
