Dmon.Providers.LlamaCpp

Managed local llama.cpp provider for the dmon coding agent. Spawns and owns a llama-server subprocess, exposes it as a Microsoft.Extensions.AI IChatClient, with probe-verified tool-calling. Exposes UseLlamaCpp() in the Dmon.Hosting namespace.
