A .NET library for inspecting, license-checking, building and running Rust applications with the Rust toolchain already installed on the local machine. Detects rustup, cargo, rustc and the C toolchain and returns operating-system-specific install guidance instead of installing anything; reads Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock and cargo metadata; audits dependency licenses against an SPDX policy that can gate the build; runs cargo build, check, test, doc, clippy and fmt with typed diagnostics, progress and cancellation; runs the built programs; and extracts and builds zip and tar source archives.
