ClrKernel.Mermaid
Mermaid diagram cells for ClrKernel: renders Mermaid diagrams (flowchart, sequence, class, state, ER, gantt, …) as self-contained, fully offline notebook output. Drives the `#!mermaid` cell language and a C# DisplayMermaid() helper across the Jupyter kernel, the JSON-RPC server, and the headless runner.
