CircleAI.Aether.AetherMesh
The runtime adapter that bridges CircleAI.Aether contracts to the live AetherMesh protocol. Implements IAetherContext (presence/capability), IAetherTelemetry (event fan-out from real mesh events), and ISecurityDirectiveConsumer (forwards AI-issued directives to AetherMesh.Security's policy engine). Floats AetherMesh.* with Version="1.*" so patch/minor upstream releases flow through to consumers without re-pin.
