Banyan NID identity track — EmbeddedNipCa (NPS-3 §8 conformant local CA on top of NPS.NIP), SqliteNipCaStore (no Postgres dep), and RemoteNipCaClient HTTP client. Pairs with Banyan.Web/Node which mount the matching NIP-CA HTTP routes.
