A cross-platform, toolkit for macOS flat installer packages (.pkg). It reads and writes the xar container, the BOM, the cpio payload, PackageInfo and Distribution directly; without pkgbuild, productbuild, productsign, pkgutil or a Mac. So pkg's can be inspected, built, signed, notarized and stapled in Linux and Windows runtimes aswell as on macOS
