vizij-arora-tts
Vizij's text-to-speech as an Arora host module: say(text, voice) -> Status streaming the current viseme (a face-standard shape) and the utterance while its audio plays through its out-parameters, over the Vizij TTS cloud provider, natively (rodio) and in the browser (the page's playback). The contract is vizij-arora-behavior's speech skill, shared by every provider.
