ryu-subtitles
Subtitles for Ryu: pick a video, transcribe it locally, translate the transcript into a target language, and write a timed .srt/.vtt beside the file. Owns the whole pipeline out-of-process — container demux + 16 kHz mono downmix (symphonia), silence-aware windowing, local whisper transcription via the extracted `ryu-stt` crate, a local-gateway translation pass, and cue layout — as a SQLite-backed sidecar Core spawns and proxies to on loopback. ZERO dependency on apps/core.
