ryu-healing
Self-healing loop for failed runs: the out-of-process `@ryu/healing` app backend (the diagnose→propose engine + decision logic + `/api/healing/*` HTTP surface). Ships as its own `ryu-healing` sidecar binary; Core links no code from it, only the shared `ryu-healing-contracts` verdict. The Gateway diagnosis call, the agent/workflow re-run, and the approvals inbox are inverted through the `HealingHost` trait so this crate has ZERO dependency on apps/core.
