OUTRAM-FOAM Phase II multiphase CFD — pure-Rust translation of OpenFOAM's multiphase solvers (drift-flux first; Euler-Euler two-fluid, wall boiling, CHF, dryout planned). Reference high-fidelity physics from which TAMPINES 1D reduced-order models are derived. SCAFFOLD/early: no human V&V. Independent OUTRAM PARK fork, not the official OpenFOAM.
