nornir-humanize
The ONE shared human-readable FORMATTING primitive for the nordisk constellation — byte sizes (`bytes` → `1.5 KiB`, IEC binary; `bytes_si` → `1.5 KB`, SI), compact counts (`count` → `3.4M`), grouped digits (`thousands` → `1,234,567`), durations (`duration`/`duration_ms`/`duration_secs` → `2m 03s`), binary throughput (`throughput` → `3.5 MiB/s`) and ratios (`percent` → `12.3%`). REUSE (LAW #5): eight+ near-identical `human_bytes`/`human_count`/`fmt_elapsed` twins across nornir + facett grew independently and drifted on units (KiB vs KB, `k` vs `K`, space vs none) — this leaf owns the canon so every report/label/UI reads the same. std-only, ZERO runtime deps.
