lava-outcome-chain — typed BLAKE3-linked OutcomeChain<P: Payload> primitive for IaC reconcile-tick attestation. Each receipt links to the previous via prev_hash; the OutcomeSink trait abstracts persistence (InMemory / Filesystem / Object-Store); the SigningProvider trait abstracts attestation (NoSigning / Ed25519). Generic over the Payload type — first consumer is lava-operator's per-reconcile OutcomeReceipt; AnomalyChain + PromessaChain become typed specializations once the third-use abstraction emerges.
