PyPI / pip repository backend for holger — serves a real PEP 503 simple index (plus PEP 691 JSON and #sha256= digests pip/uv verify) synthesized from wheels and sdists inside a read-only znippy archive. This is holger's PyPI crate: config calls it `pip`, code calls it ArtifactFormat::Pip, the directory is znippy-python.
