The FusionVault Streams engine: runs a stream pipeline continuously on the dataflow runtime — connector tasks at the edges, row-by-row steps, stateful operators from fv-streams-ops behind a shuffle by key, epochs checkpointed to an object store, exactly-once output, Kinetics compute steps — on one machine or across workers. Hosted through one small ControlPlane trait.
