engenho-cni

Container Network Interface runtime for engenho. CNI is a file + exec + JSON contract, not an RPC one; engenho implements the runtime half so containernetworking/plugins, Calico and Cilium work against it unmodified. The parsing and result halves are platform-independent; the invocation is Linux-only and the difference is a typed CniInstall, never faked.
