cua-create-failure
Why a sandbox or Space create failed, as a fixed telemetry word (`image_pull_not_found`, `vm_boot_timeout`, ...) read from the error text inside the process; the text never leaves. Also the preflight checks before a create and their plain-language results. Only serde, so the Spaces app core's wasm build uses it too.
