The glue between a basable nanoservice project and connectrpc: a ConnectRouter that mounts generated services into the app's axum router, the AppError to ConnectError mapping (the sixteen codes one to one), the request-id layer, and the Ctx a handler derives from a RequestContext (request id, deadline, the validated Identity).
